Stress to Success
This webinar will encourage participants to explore their feelings of stress from a new perspective. We will go beyond the surface of what stresses people out and look for the root cause. We will explore stress levels in four key areas of our lives; Body, Mindset, Relationships, and Well-Being. The intention of the webinar is to help participants realize that stress often is internal and personal. Stress is not always external and uncontrollable.
Knowing the root cause of one’s stress gives individuals a new level of self-awareness, which will enable them to leverage behavioral changes, explore relationships, and reconsider their sense of well-being and life values.
Each of these Four areas of Stress will be reviewed and explored:
- When we are stressed, we often neglect our bodies, which is our foundation. If our body is not healthy and vital, we are unable to maintain the stamina and agility to be successful. We overeat, over drink, avoid exercise, do not get enough sleep, make poor food choices, and generally neglect our bodies.
- When we are stressed, our Mind-Set becomes negative and critical. We engage in self-doubt, hold on to self-limiting beliefs, and make false assumptions about our life and work.
- When we are stressed, our Relationships suffer. We become impatient, short tempered, we lash out at the ones we care about and avoid spending time with those we enjoy. We may begin to withdraw and stop interacting with others.
- When we are stressed, our Well-Being diminishes. We no longer feel happy, we feel depressed and overwhelmed. Our life is no longer enjoyable; we have lost our sense of purpose and lack passion.
