Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellations sent to info@napt.org and received by March 15, 2023 will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations by phone are not valid. Cancellations received after March 15, 2023 will not be refunded. Substitutions can be submitted at any time. No shows, lack of cancellation, or cancellation after the deadline will be billed at full registration price. Submitting the registration form means you agree with all the terms listed above.
