NSBSW Poster Contest

The centerpiece of National School Bus Safety Week is the Poster Contest. Thousands of school districts in over 40 states participate in local and state-level competitions to select art work that depicts school bus safety-related themes and encourages and promotes school bus safety. The winning posters are used to promote safer school transportation for everyone.

The 2017 National School Bus Safety Week Poster Contest theme is: My Driver - My Safety Hero! All posters must be submitted to NAPT headquarters by no later than October 1, 2017 to be considered in the 2017 National contest. Students should draw the My Driver - My Safety Hero! theme anytime between September 2016 and September 2017 for the 2017 contest. The theme on the poster must be exactly as shown above, to include all punctuation. Download 2017 Poster Contest Rules

Please Note: The Poster Contest and National School Bus Safety Week are two different events. The poster theme becomes the theme for the following year's National School Bus Safety Week, which is an active and evolving public education program designed to promote school bus safety. This annual event is held during the third full week in October each year.
