I am not going to lie; I adore the holidays! My home and my office are decked out in my finest decorations and there is a tree filled with gifts awaiting December 25th! My years working in schools and district offices gave me an appreciation for the love of holidays that children enjoy! I am just a big kid, because I enjoy them too!

This holiday season, regardless of whether you are honoring religious, cultural, or family traditions, I know that each celebration offers its own distinct joy and significance. The leadership of NAPT and our professional staff extend to you and yours our very best wishes for a beautiful celebration! We know that the diversity of our members is what enriches our community and reminds us of the beauty in our diversity.

2025 is right around the corner!  During the month of December, amidst my own celebrations, joy, and gifts, I always try to spend some time reflecting on the last twelve months. Examining our successes, new endeavors, and ongoing projects is insightful. I invite you to join me in this reflection – let's take a moment to come together to reflect on the past year and the achievements we've accomplished together. It's a time to appreciate the connections we've made, the challenges we've overcome, and the progress we've achieved. We've had a great year, yet I can still see opportunities for improvement and change. It reminds me that life is never static and that our industry is continuing to evolve and grow. 

My reflection serves as a reminder of how grateful and fortunate I feel to be involved in the student transportation community! Each day, I am inspired and appreciative of the leadership provided by our officers and Boards. They are skilled professionals who dedicate themselves to our association.

Our small yet powerful team is truly committed to our mission! Our members are exceptional, consistently showcasing their talents and strengths in their districts and organizations. NAPT truly represents the best of the best! 
I enjoy following many of you on social media, and it's a real joy to see all that you do! I love witnessing how you and your districts celebrate, engage in professional development, and manage your everyday operations. Thank you for your leadership, your uplifting spirits, and your passion for our industry! Your efforts truly make a difference!
