2025 ACTS State Affiliate Competition
As a leader in your state, have you ever wondered which state boasts the highest number of attendees at NAPT's Annual Conference and Trade Show (ACTS)? We know and even better - we want to share the information and celebrate the state with the most attendees.
This year, we invite our state affiliate partners to engage in a friendly competition designed to boost attendance.
Allow us to introduce the ACTS 25 State Competition which will be held from March 31 to September 30, 2025. This competitive event invites members from NAPT's State Affiliate partners to compete for the title of the state with the highest attendance at ACTS 25.
Each month, we'll update our leaderboard to highlight which states are leading in attendance registrations, fostering excitement and anticipation. To make the competition even more engaging, we will post monthly videos highlighting the respective leader and featuring tips on increasing state engagement.
There will be prizes for the top-performer, including special recognition during the opening ceremony at ACTS 25. The affiliate partner with the most attendees from their state will receive:

Any individual state association member who attends ACTS 25 and currently lacks a membership with NAPT will be granted a complimentary membership starting on December 1, 2025 through the calendar year of 2026

Serve as a host state for a 2026 NAPT Learning Event (non conference) with free registration for (4) designated members (location within the state determined by NAPT)

(1) individual scholarship to attend ACTS 26 (held in Louisville, KY) for a designated member (determined by state leadership)

(3) Member Spotlights in School BusRide (determined by state leadership)

Production of leadership video for state affiliate to use for promotional purposes (spokesperson determined by state leadership - will take place onsite at ACTS 25)
Throughout the competition, there will be additional prizes awarded, such as:
- Most improved in total registrations (year over year, from 2024 to 2025)
- Highest total of early bird registrations
- The most first timers
- ...and more!
This is a fantastic opportunity for states to showcase their commitment to pupil transportation excellence and to strengthen their network within the NAPT community.
