REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Check, credit card or purchase order must accompany all registration forms; Registration forms will not be processed without payment.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION is for NAPT’s Individual Member category. Delegates may participate in all conference program and special events.

LEADING EVERY DAY (LED) INITIATIVE is a special opportunity to focus on leadership development through the conference. Throughout the duration of the conference, LED participants are entitled to attend exclusive workshops about leadership and leadership issues. (There is an extra charge for this program.) There is a maximum attendance of 50 registrants for this program.

GUEST REGISTRATION is for your “significant other”. Guest registration is not intended for a co-worker or an associate within the industry. Registered guests are entitled to attend the following events: Sunday’s Awards Banquet, Monday’s Guest Program with continental breakfast, Trade Show Admission, Monday and Tuesday General Sessions and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday theme night receptions. Registered Guests are not entitled to attend the delegate workshops.

NON-MEMBERS must pay the appropriate membership dues in order to register. (NAPT dues are $75 per year per delegate, automatically included in non-member registration fee)

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Written cancellation requests received by October 15, 2009 will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after October 15, 2009. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

SPECIAL NEEDS
If you have special needs or dietary restrictions, please mark the appropriate spaces on the registration form so that we can make your participation more comfortable and meaningful.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM/EVENTS and TRADE SHOW
All workshops and activities will take place in the headquarters hotel, The Louisville Marriott Downtown.
The Trade Show will take place in the Kentucky International Convention Center.

MEMBERSHIP DUES
Members are able to renew their membership dues when registering. Simply login using your member login information and choose the Non-Member registration option. The Non-Member option will include your conference registration and membership dues.

If you are not currently a member of NAPT, the membership fee, automatically included in non-member registration, must be paid or your registration will not be processed.
